The summer holidays are looming, and the hall groups are gearing up to enter their last semester. Now, having been in the Murano Street guys hall groups for nigh on a year now, I can vouch for the fact they are just a little bit awesome, so if you are looking to come to Glasgow for 2010/11, the Hall Groups are the perfect place to get to know other Christians, to dig into God’s Word, and to grow in your relationship with Him (check out Hebrews 10 v 23-24). I can’t begin to say how much help they’ve been to me this year, so ask CU folk about them at fresher’s week (we’ll be dotted around in stylish CU T-shirts, no doubt), and come along!
This year, Abi Rose (crabbyabi [at] hotmail.com) is the hallgroups and smallgroups co-ordinator. Detailed below will be the names of the leaders of the hallgroups and when times and venues are decided by YOU, the people the hallgroups exist to serve, we’ll post them here.
Not only that, there is an additional ‘Seeker’s Smallgroup’, new for 2010, for people who aren’t Christians, but are genuinely interested in what its all about. If this sounds like you, or one of your friends, feel free to come along or invite people.
